أعلنت سفن إكس (7X)، المجموعة القابضة الاستثمارية في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، عن اعتماد مجلس إدارتها قراراً بتعيين طارق أحمد الواحدي رئيساً تنفيذياً جديداً للمجموعة، وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار التغييرات التي تشهدها سفن إكس وشركاتها التابعة على مستوى العمليات التنظيمية والتشغيلية بهدف تعزيز مكانتها الرائدة على المستويين المحلي والدولي، وتسريع وتيرة النمو والابتكار في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية.
ويمتلك الواحدي خبرة تمتد لأكثر من عقدين في مجالات الخدمات اللوجستية، وحلول التوصيل السريع، والاستثمارات، والتكنولوجيا الزراعية والغذائية، ورأس المال الاستثماري. وشغل منصب المدير العام لشركة إي أم أكس، حيث قاد عمليات التوسع الاستراتيجي للشركة ورسّخ مكانتها كمزوّد رائد للحلول اللوجستية في المنطقة. كما تولى مناصب قيادية في قطاعات مختلفة، ونجح في تطوير استراتيجيات التحول، وقيادة عمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ، واستقطاب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، مما يؤهله لتولي قيادة سفن إكس ودفعها نحو آفاق جديدة من النمو والتطور.

7X, the UAE-based investment and holding group in the trade, transport, and logistics sectors, announced the appointment of Tariq Ahmed Al Wahedi as its new Group CEO, following Board approval. The appointment comes as part of the Group’s evolution and ongoing organisational and operational transformation across 7X and its subsidiaries, designed to strengthen its local and global positioning while accelerating growth and innovation in the industry.
Al Wahedi brings over two decades of expertise spanning logistics, CEP solutions, investment, agri-food technologies, and venture capital. وتُعد منصة "وين"، من "سفن إكس" (7X)، المنصة الوحيدة في الدولة المصممة خصيصًا لتوفير الخدمات البريدية الرقمية ودعم التواصل الموثوق بين الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص والأفراد من خلال تخصيص عنوان رقمي إماراتي دائم مرتبط بعناوينهم الفعلية، وموثَق بهويتهم الوطنية أو السجل الاقتصادي الوطني. وتضمن منصة "وين" تلقي الطرود والرسائل والمستندات والفواتير من المرسلين المعتمدين، مما يمنع التهديدات الإلكترونية، كما تتيح للمستخدمين إدارة فعّالة وآمنة للفواتير والمدفوعات، بالإضافة إلى ميزة الأرشيف الرقمي الآمن والمنظم وخيار مشاركة العناوين وتفضيلات التسليم وطرق الدفع لضمان دقة المعاملات.

Box service as part of ADX’s service offerings and engagement with its issuers and investors. 

Through “Wayn” platform, ADX and its listed companies and investors can benefit from the strengthened cybersecurity protection in facilitating document transfer and more efficient management of private and material correspondences. 

The ‘Wayn’ platform, launched by 7X, is the UAE's only dedicated digital P.O. Box platform, offering a seamless, secure, and innovative approach to postal services. Designed to support secure communication between government entities, private sector organisations, and individuals, ‘Wayn’ provides users with a permanent digital address directly linked to their verified national ID or National Economic Register (NER) data. ‘Wayn’ ensures the secure receipt of shipments, letters, documents, and eBills exclusively from official and verified senders, mitigating risks like phishing and cyber fraud. In addition, ‘Wayn’ offers safe and efficient management of invoices and payments, a secure and organised digital archive for critical documents, and the flexibility to share addresses, set delivery preferences, and choose payment methods.

The stamp commemorates MBZUAI's Knowledge Centre as a national symbol of the UAE’s ambitious developmental goals. الرسمي لخدمات البريد في الدولة، المركز الأول في جائزة خدمة العملاء في البريد العاجل الدولي على مستوى العالم، كما نالت الجائزة الذهبية في الأداء لخدمات البريد العاجل الدولي لعام 2024، والتي يمنحها الاتحاد البريدي العالمي عبر تعاونية البريد العاجل الدولي. وجرى تسليم الجوائز خلال الاجتماع الرسمي السابق لانطلاق أعمال مؤتمر الاتحاد البريدي العالمي الثامن والعشرين، الذي تستضيفه دولة الإمارات من 8 حتى 19 سبتمبر الجاري، ويعد الفعالية الأبرز على الأجندة الدولية للقطاع البريدي.
ويجسد هذا التتويج العالمي ثمار الرؤية الاستباقية لدولة الإمارات في بناء منظومة خدمات ذكية ترتقي إلى أعلى معايير الجودة والكفاءة والموثوقية، بما يعزز ريادتها في القطاع اللوجستي العالمي. وحصدت دولة الإمارات الجائزة الذهبية بعد تقييم شامل للأداء التشغيلي عبر الشبكات الدولية، ومستوى رضا المتعاملين، وفعالية الاستجابة، ودقة الالتزام بمواعيد التسليم، وفق مؤشرات مرتفعة تراوح الأداء فيها بين 95% و98%، حيث شمل التقييم مراحل الخدمة كافة، من استلام الشحنات وحتى التسليم النهائي، إضافةً إلى خدمات ما بعد البيع. كما يأتي الفوز بالمركز الأول في جائزة خدمة العملاء تأكيداً على جهود الاستثمار المستمرة في منظومة التجربة الرقمية للمتعاملين، واستحداث قنوات أكثر ذكاءً واستجابة، تضمن تقديم تجربة استثنائية تعكس طموحات الدولة نحو التميز المؤسسي.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE), represented by its official postal service provider Emirates Post, has secured the top position globally in the Customer Service category for outstanding express mail services. It has also been honoured with the Gold Performance Award for 2024, a prestigious recognition presented by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) through its Express Mail Service Cooperative (EMS). The awards were presented at the official meeting preceding the launch of the 28th Universal Postal Congress – Dubai 2025, a prominent event for the international postal sector, hosted by the UAE from September 8 to 19. 
The awards reflect the UAE’s forward-thinking vision in building a smart services infrastructure that meets the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and reliability, strengthening the country’s position as a global leader in the logistics sector. The UAE secured the Gold Performance Award after an extensive evaluation that assessed operational efficiency across various domains, including international networks, customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and compliance with delivery schedules. The assessment showed high performance indicators, ranging from 95 per cent to 98 per cent across all phases of service, from shipment receipt to final delivery, including post-delivery support.
Winning the first place in the Customer Service category highlights the impact of ongoing investments in digital customer experience initiatives and the development of intelligent and responsive service channels, underscoring the country’s commitment to achieving organisational excellence.
Tariq Al Wahedi, Congress Chair Designate and Group CEO of 7X said: “This recognition highlights our wise leadership’s vision of utilising innovation to elevate the UAE’s position on the global stage and also reinforces our dedication to developing an advanced postal system. أعلنت سفن إكس (7X)، المجموعة القابضة في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، عن الإطلاق الرسمي لمنصتها الوطنية الجديدة للخدمات اللوجستية «NXN»، بالتزامن مع انعقاد مؤتمر الاتحاد البريدي العالمي الثامن والعشرين – دبي 2025، والذي تستضيفه دولة الإمارات وتعمل سفن إكس (7X) على تنظيمه بالتعاون مع الاتحاد البريدي العالمي. وتُعد NXN نموذجًا جديدًا في مجال الخدمات البريدية واللوجستية والتوصيل السريع، وتتيح لمزودي الخدمات المحليين والعالميين تقديم خدماتهم من خلال شبكة NXN عبر بنية تحتية رقمية ومادية، لتقدم للأفراد والشركات وقطاع التجارة الإلكترونية تجربة موحّدة وسلسة لإرسال واستلام وتخزين الطرود والشحنات وتسهيل المناولة اللوجستية.

وستضم الشبكة أكثر من 87 فرعًا وما يزيد على 1000 موقع للاستلام والتسليم وخزائن ذكية على امتداد الدولة، مع قنوات رقمية تسهّل تجربة المتعاملين، بالإضافة إلى خيارات التسليم في اليوم نفسه أو اليوم التالي، واستلامٍ مرن من المواقع المحددة أو الخزائن الذكية، ضمن معايير خدمة موحّدة وتجربة متميزة. كما توفّر NXN خدمات المتاجر المظلمة ومراكز المناولة اللوجستية لخدمة قطاع التجارة الإلكترونية والشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وتُدار عملياتها بواسطة «وصلة»، المنصّة اللوجستية الرقمية من سفن إكس (7X)، وتتكامل مع صندوق البريد الرقمي «وين»، لضمان دقّة العناوين وتوصيل آمن وموثوق. 
وقال طارق الواحدي، الرئيس التنفيذي لسفن إكس (7X): "ننطلق في المجموعة من رؤيةٍ واضحة لبناء شبكة مفتوحة تُعيد تشكيل بنية الخدمات اللوجستية من تجزئةٍ مُكلفة إلى منظومةٍ موحّدة ذات بُعدٍ عالمي. وتمثّل NXN التطبيق العملي لهذه الرؤية، فهي منصةٌ وطنيةٌ تُوفّر دخولًا فوريًا للأسواق، وتُبسِّط التكامل بين المزوّدين والمتعاملين بأسعار أقل وإمكانية وصول أسهل عبر شبكتها. وبهذا تُسهم NXN في ترسيخ مكانة دولة الإمارات كمركز لوجستي عالمي بتحويل الخدمة إلى تجربة متميزة وموثوقة."
وارتكزت NXN على شراكاتٍ مستمرةٍ عقدتها سفن إكس (7X) مع مزوّدي الخدمات المحليين والعالميين، مثل «دي إتش إل» و«أراميكس» و«فيديكس» وغيرهم، حيث مهّد هذا التعاون ليكون الشركاء جزءًا أساسيًا من مفهومٍ جديد يُعيد رسم ملامح القطاع، بالإضافة إلى الشركات التابعة للمجموعة، «إي أم أكس» و«فنت إكس». ويتيح هذا التكامل للمتعاملين خدمات متقدمة عبر شبكة NXN، بينما يستفيد مزودو الخدمات اللوجستية من توسيع نطاق وصول خدماتهم وخفض تكاليف التشغيل، ويعزز وصول الشركات العاملة في قطاع التجارة الإلكترونية إلى مراكز المناولة اللوجستية والمتاجر المظلمة.
ومن جانبه، قال عبدالعزيز الحمادي: "يجسد  إطلاق NXN خطوة استراتيجية لبناء شبكة وطنية متكاملة تعيد تعريف خدمات التجزئة والخدمات اللوجستية في دولة الإمارات، والتي صُمّمت على أربعة محاور رئيسية مترابطة وهي محور "الإرسال" الذي يوفّر حلول الإرسال المحلي والدولي عبر شبكة واسعة من مزوّدي الخدمات البريدية والتوصيل السريع، ومحور "الاستلام" الذي يضمن تجربة استلام مرنة تشمل التوصيل والنقاط الذكية وإدارة المرتجعات والصناديق البريدية، ومحور "التخزين" الذي يوفّر حلول التخزين عبر الخزائن الذكية والمتاجر المظلمة والمراكز المتخصصة لدعم التجارة الإلكترونية، وأخيرًا محور "التمكين" الذي نضع من خلاله الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في صميم استراتيجيتنا."

أعلنت Seven X (7X)، المجموعة القابضة في قطاعات التجارة والنقل واللوجستيات، عن الإطلاق الرسمي لمنصتها اللوجستية الوطنية الجديدة، NXN، بالتزامن مع انعقاد المؤتمر الثامن والعشرين للاتحاد البريدي العالمي – دبي 2025، الذي تستضيفه دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وتنظمه 7X بالتعاون مع الاتحاد البريدي العالمي.

7X, the trade, transport and logistics holding group, officially launched its new national network for logistics (NXN), coinciding with the 28th Universal Postal Congress – Dubai 2025, which is being hosted by the UAE and organised by 7X in collaboration with the Universal Postal Union (UPU). NXN will serve as a new benchmark in the postal, parcel, and logistics services, bringing together local and international service providers to offer their services through the NXN network. Built on a hybrid physical-digital infrastructure, the NXN provides individuals, businesses and the eCommerce sector with a seamless, unified experience for sending, receiving, storing parcels and fulfilling shipments. NXN’s launch is in line with 7X’s strategic vision to create digital solutions that empower the business community and reinforce the UAE’s position as a global hub for trade and logistics. It further represents the government’s commitment to achieve digital transformation, offer universal service accessibility and ensure streamlined processes, which are in line with the objectives of ‘We the UAE 2031’ and the ‘Zero Bureaucracy’ initiative.
NXN was launched today at its inaugural branch in the Emirate of Dubai, in the presence of H.E. Badr Al-Olama, Chairman of 7X; Tariq Al Wahedi, Group CEO of 7X; Abdulaziz Alhammadi, General Manager of NXN; and representatives of strategic partners.
The network will include over 87 branches, more than 1,000 out-of-home pick-up and drop-off locations, smart lockers across the UAE, as well as digital channels that enable a seamless experience for customers.  It provides same-day or next-day delivery options, as well as flexible pick-up from any location or smart locker, all within a unified service standard and single point-of-sale experience. NXN also offers dark-store services and fulfilment logistics solutions to support ecommerce businesses and SMEs. Waslah, 7X’s digital logistics platform aggregator, manages its operations, which are seamlessly integrated with WAYN, the UAE’s Digital P.O. Box, to ensure correct addressing as well as secure and trusted delivery.

أصدرت المسرّعات المستقلة لدولة الإمارات للتغير المناخي، بالشراكة مع أمازون وسفن إكس، تقريراً نوعياً يهدف إلى تسريع وتيرة اعتماد المركبات الكهربائية التجارية الخفيفة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ويعد التقرير خارطة طريق منهجية وقابلة للتنفيذ لدفع التحول نحو وسائل نقل أكثر استدامة وكفاءة. 

وشهدت الجلسة التي نظّمتها المسرّعات المستقلة للتغير المناخي مشاركة خبراء من أمازون، وذراع الخدمات اللوجستية لسفن إكس، إي أم أكس، وشركة بي دبليو سي، حيث تم استعراض أبرز التوصيات التي شملها التقرير، بما في ذلك تخصيص مناطق شحن مخصصة للمركبات الكهربائية التجارية، وتوحيد المتطلبات التنظيمية على مستوى الدولة، واستكشاف حلول مستدامة لإعادة تدوير البطاريات، وتطبيق حوافز داعمة لعملية التحوّل الكهربائي. 

ويقدم التقرير، الذي حمل عنوان "تعزيز تبني المركبات الكهربائية التجارية الخفيفة في الإمارات"، مجموعة من التوصيات والمبادرات العملية التي تم تطويرها بالتعاون مع أكثر من 50 جهة من القطاعين العام والخاص. ويغطي التقرير سلسلة القيمة الكاملة لهذا القطاع، من البنية التحتية للشحن وإمدادات الطاقة، إلى الجوانب التمويلية والتنظيمية والتشغيلية. وتأتي هذه المبادرة في وقت تتزايد فيه أهمية المركبات الكهربائية كأداة استراتيجية للحد من الانبعاثات في قطاع النقل، الذي يُعدّ من بين أكثر القطاعات تأثيراً على البيئة في الدولة.

ويأتي هذا التقرير في إطار مبادرة مشتركة بين المسرّعات المستقلة لدولة الإمارات للتغير المناخي وأمازون وسفن إكس، لدعم تنفيذ سياسة المركبات الكهربائية الوطنية. وترتكز هذه السياسة على أهداف طموحة تشمل خفض استهلاك الطاقة في قطاع النقل بنسبة 20%، ورفع نسبة المركبات الكهربائية إلى 50% من إجمالي المركبات في الدولة بحلول عام 2050. ويُجسد المشروع نموذجًا عمليًا للتعاون بين القطاعين الحكومي والخاص في تسريع التحول نحو أنظمة نقل منخفضة الانبعاثات ومرتفعة الكفاءة.

UAE Independent Climate Change Accelerators (UICCA), in partnership with Amazon UAE and 7X, has published a collaborative report examining the adoption of electric light commercial vehicles (ELCVs) in the UAE. 

Based on broad consultation from key players across private and public sectors, the report was published during a UICCA-led panel session held at the Mobility Live Middle East conference in Dubai, which gathered sector experts from UICCA, Amazon UAE, 7X’s logistics arm EMX, and PwC to discuss the report’s key recommendations. The panel highlighted four priorities to transform commercial EV adoption in the UAE: creating dedicated charging zones for commercial EVs, coordinating regulatory requirements and processes across emirates, identifying circular solutions for vehicle battery recycling, and EV adoption considerations.

The findings are the outcome of a Policy Hack session hosted in May 2025 by UICCA, Amazon UAE, and 7X that brought together more than 50 experts from logistics companies, EV charger operators, fleet operators, UAE ministries, as well as energy and transport authorities to identify challenges and opportunities to electrifying delivery fleets.  

Her Highness Sheikha Shamma bint Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, President and CEO of UICCA, commented: “This report delivers a clear and actionable pathway to electrifying last-mile delivery in the UAE, a critical lever in the country’s wider decarbonisation agenda. Grounded in input from leading experts and industry stakeholders, it reflects our commitment at UICCA to advancing pragmatic, high-impact climate solutions. Accelerating the adoption of electric light commercial vehicles is not only a carbon reduction imperative; it is an opportunity to reshape urban mobility, stimulate green investment, and drive the evolution of a smarter, more resilient transport ecosystem. Now is the time to translate these insights into coordinated action and build the enabling environment needed for systems-level transformation.”

The report and Policy Hack event are part of a wider project led by UICCA, 7X, and Amazon UAE to accelerate the adoption of ELCVs in the UAE in alignment with the UAE’s National Electric Vehicles Policy. This Policy aims to reduce energy consumption in the transport sector by 20 per cent by 2050 through collaboration between federal, local and private sector partners. The UAE also aims to increase the share of electric vehicles to 50 per cent of total vehicles by 2050.
