أعلنت سفن إكس (7X)، المجموعة القابضة الاستثمارية في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، عن اعتماد مجلس إدارتها قراراً بتعيين طارق أحمد الواحدي رئيساً تنفيذياً جديداً للمجموعة، وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار التغييرات التي تشهدها سفن إكس وشركاتها التابعة على مستوى العمليات التنظيمية والتشغيلية بهدف تعزيز مكانتها الرائدة على المستويين المحلي والدولي، وتسريع وتيرة النمو والابتكار في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية.
ويمتلك الواحدي خبرة تمتد لأكثر من عقدين في مجالات الخدمات اللوجستية، وحلول التوصيل السريع، والاستثمارات، والتكنولوجيا الزراعية والغذائية، ورأس المال الاستثماري. وشغل منصب المدير العام لشركة إي أم أكس، حيث قاد عمليات التوسع الاستراتيجي للشركة ورسّخ مكانتها كمزوّد رائد للحلول اللوجستية في المنطقة. كما تولى مناصب قيادية في قطاعات مختلفة، ونجح في تطوير استراتيجيات التحول، وقيادة عمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ، واستقطاب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، مما يؤهله لتولي قيادة سفن إكس ودفعها نحو آفاق جديدة من النمو والتطور.

7X, the UAE-based investment and holding group in the trade, transport, and logistics sectors, announced the appointment of Tariq Ahmed Al Wahedi as its new Group CEO, following Board approval. أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 19 ديسمبر 2024: أعلن سوق أبوظبي للأوراق المالية، أحد الأسواق المالية الأسرع نموًا حول العالم، عن توقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع "سفن إكس" (7X)، المجموعة القابضة الاستثمارية في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، ينضم بموجبها إلى قائمة الجهات الموثوقة على منصة "وين"  لخدمات صندوق البريد الرقمي، ممّا يعزز مستوى الأمن السيبراني لأعضاء السوق أثناء نقل الوثائق والمستندات وغيرها من المراسلات الخاصة.

وتُعد منصة "وين"، من "سفن إكس" (7X)، المنصة الوحيدة في الدولة المصممة خصيصًا لتوفير الخدمات البريدية الرقمية ودعم التواصل الموثوق بين الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص والأفراد من خلال تخصيص عنوان رقمي إماراتي دائم مرتبط بعناوينهم الفعلية، وموثَق بهويتهم الوطنية أو السجل الاقتصادي الوطني. وتضمن منصة "وين" تلقي الطرود والرسائل والمستندات والفواتير من المرسلين المعتمدين، مما يمنع التهديدات الإلكترونية، كما تتيح للمستخدمين إدارة فعّالة وآمنة للفواتير والمدفوعات، بالإضافة إلى ميزة الأرشيف الرقمي الآمن والمنظم وخيار مشاركة العناوين وتفضيلات التسليم وطرق الدفع لضمان دقة المعاملات.

Box service as part of ADX’s service offerings and engagement with its issuers and investors. 

Through “Wayn” platform, ADX and its listed companies and investors can benefit from the strengthened cybersecurity protection in facilitating document transfer and more efficient management of private and material correspondences. 

The ‘Wayn’ platform, launched by 7X, is the UAE's only dedicated digital P.O. Box platform, offering a seamless, secure, and innovative approach to postal services. Designed to support secure communication between government entities, private sector organisations, and individuals, ‘Wayn’ provides users with a permanent digital address directly linked to their verified national ID or National Economic Register (NER) data. ‘Wayn’ ensures the secure receipt of shipments, letters, documents, and eBills exclusively from official and verified senders, mitigating risks like phishing and cyber fraud. In addition, ‘Wayn’ offers safe and efficient management of invoices and payments, a secure and organised digital archive for critical documents, and the flexibility to share addresses, set delivery preferences, and choose payment methods.

The stamp commemorates MBZUAI's Knowledge Centre as a national symbol of the UAE’s ambitious developmental goals. It highlights the Centre’s role as a beacon for transformative research and a hub that attracts the world’s brightest minds in innovation and artificial intelligence.

وقّعت "سفن إكس" (7X)، اتفاقية شراكة استراتيجية مع شركة "زيلوستك" 
«ZELOS TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.» لتقديم خدمات لوجستية حضرية تعتمد على المركبات ذاتية القيادة من المستوى الرابع، في خطوة نوعية تُسهم في إعادة رسم ملامح قطاع التوصيل في المنطقة عبر توظيف أحدث تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتنقل الذكي.
تُمثل هذه الاتفاقية نقطة تحول محورية نحو بناء منظومة لوجستية مستقبلية مستدامة وذكية، تنسجم مع التوجهات الوطنية الطموحة في مجالات الابتكار، والتحول الرقمي، والحياد المناخي، لا سيما «أجندة الإمارات الخضراء 2030»، بما يعزز مكانة الدولة كمنصة عالمية للابتكار في حلول النقل المتقدمة.

ووقع على الاتفاقية طارق الواحدي، الرئيس التنفيذي بالإنابة لسفن إكس، وكونغ تشي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة زيلوستك، في مقر "زيلوستك" في الصين بحضور ممثلين من "سفن إكس" و"إي أم أكس" و"زيلوستك". كما قام وفد "سفن إكس" و"إي أم أكس" بزيارة خط الإنتاج الخاص بشركة "زيلوستك"، للاطلاع عن كثب على عمليات التصنيع وتقنيات القيادة الذاتية المتقدمة التي تعتمدها الشركة.

وبموجب الاتفاقية، سيتم إنشاء كيان مشترك يجمع بين الخبرات العميقة والشبكة الواسعة والبنية التحتية التشغيلية التي توفرها "سفن إكس" من خلال ذراعها اللوجستي "إي أم أكس"، وبين القدرات التقنية المتقدمة لشركة "زيلوستك" في تطوير الأنظمة الذاتية ودمج البرمجيات مع الهياكل التقنية للمركبات. وستركز المرحلة الأولى من المشروع على دعم عمليات التوصيل التابعة لشركة "إي أم أكس" داخل الدولة، على أن يتم لاحقاً توسيع نطاق الخدمات لتشمل شركات أخرى في السوق المحلي.

ومع التوسع التدريجي للشركة الجديدة نحو مرحلة التطبيق التجاري الشامل وتوسيع نطاق العمليات التشغيلية، سيتم تأسيس المقر الإقليمي في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، مع خطة لتوسيع نطاق الخدمات لتشمل مختلف أسواق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط. ويهدف المشروع إلى بناء نموذج متكامل لمنظومة لوجستية ذاتية القيادة تدعم توجهات المدن الذكية وتعزز من كفاءة واستدامة شبكات النقل الحضري.

وصرّح طارق الواحدي، الرئيس التنفيذي بالإنابة لـ"سفن إكس": "تُجسّد هذه الشراكة مرحلة هامّة في مسيرتنا لإعادة تعريف مستقبل التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية في المنطقة، حيث سنتمكّن من خلال تعاوننا مع "زيلوستك"، من تسريع بناء منظومة توصيل ذاتية القيادة وتحقيق أهدافنا المشتركة في مجالات التنقل الذكي، والاستدامة، والابتكار التكنولوجي. ويعكس هذا المشروع التزامنا بدعم الرؤى الوطنية، وفي مقدمتها الأجندة الوطنية الخضراء 2030، عبر تطوير حلول رائدة ترسم ملامح المرحلة المقبلة للقطاع ."

ومن جهته، قال كونغ تشي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "زيلوستك": "يمثل تعاوننا مع "سفن إكس" امتداداً لرؤيتنا التوسعية الدولية، ونحن على يقين بأن دمج قدراتنا التقنية مع الخبرات الإقليمية لشريكنا الاستراتيجي سيمكننا من تصميم حل متكامل للتوصيل الذاتي يلائم احتياجات السوق في الشرق الأوسط. كما نعتبر هذه الشراكة خطوة محورية ستُسهم في تسريع التحول نحو أنظمة نقل أكثر ذكاءً واستدامة في المنطقة ."

وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن هذه الشراكة تُعد الأولى من نوعها في الشرق الأوسط من حيث تبنّي تقنيات القيادة الذاتية على نطاق واسع ضمن القطاع اللوجستي، مما يعزز من مكانة دولة الإمارات كمركز ريادي للابتكار في الحلول الذكية للتوصيل. وتطمح الجهتان إلى أن تكون هذه الخطوة بمثابة نقطة انطلاق لأعمال أوسع تُسهم في تسريع وتيرة الابتكار في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية الذاتية والتوصيل الذكي في المنطقة.

UAE, May 15, 2025:
7X has signed a landmark Joint Venture Agreement with ZELOS TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (‘Zelostech’) to introduce Level 4 autonomous urban logistics services to the region, marking a significant step forward in transforming last-mile delivery through cutting-edge AI and driverless vehicle technologies. This collaboration positions the UAE at the forefront of next-generation smart mobility, aligning with the country’s bold innovation and sustainability agendas.

The Agreement, held at Zelostech headquarters in China, was signed by Tariq Al Wahedi, Acting Group CEO of 7X, and Kong Qi, CEO of Zelostech, in the presence of senior officials from 7X, EMX, and Zelostech. Following the ceremony, the 7X and EMX delegation visited Zelostech’s vehicle production line, gaining in-depth insights into the company’s core competencies and various manufacturing processes.
As part of the agreement, a joint venture (JV) will be established to deliver urban logistics solutions by combining 7X’s expertise, network, and operational infrastructure, powered by its logistics arm, EMX, with Zelostech’s advanced capabilities in autonomous system development and hardware-software integration. In its initial phase, the venture will primarily support EMX’s delivery operations, aiming to improve last-mile delivery efficiency and service quality, with plans to gradually expand services to third parties in the UAE.

As the project progresses toward commercialisation and large-scale operations, the JV will establish its regional headquarters in the UAE, serving regional players across the wider GCC and Middle East. The aim is to establish a model ecosystem for autonomous logistics, supporting smart city development and the sustainable transformation of transportation networks.

Tariq Al Wahedi, Acting Group CEO of 7X, stated: “This partnership marks a pivotal moment in our mission to reshape the future of trade, transport and logistics across the region. By joining forces with Zelostech, we are not only accelerating the development of an autonomous delivery ecosystem, but also advancing shared priorities around smart mobility, sustainability, and technological innovation. This initiative aligns with broader national visions, including the UAE Green Agenda 2030, and reinforces our commitment to pioneering solutions that define the next era of logistics.”

Kong Qi, CEO of Zelostech, remarked: “Our strategic alliance with 7X is a part of our broader internationalisation vision. We firmly believe that by leveraging our combined capabilities, we can build a robust autonomous delivery solution, personalised for the Middle Eastern market. Furthermore, this is a remarkable achievement which will expedite the transition to smart and sustainable mobility solutions in the region.”

Notably, the partnership marks the first-ever large-scale adoption of autonomous driving technology within the Middle East’s dynamic logistics sector, elevating present benchmarks of excellence. Furthermore, both entities view this project as a starting point for possible long-term collaborations aimed at catalysing autonomous logistics and smart delivery systems innovation in the region.

ويعزز هذا التعاون الوصول إلى مجموعة من الخدمات الآمنة والمتوافقة مع المعايير والمتمحورة حول العميل عن طريق دمج إمكانات التحويلات المالية ومعالجة الرواتب عبر حلول نظام حماية الأجور من خلال بطاقة الرواتب المبتكرة من بوتيم، وأدوات الدفع الرقمية في المنصات اليومية. كما يدعم التحسينات المستقبلية، بما فيها خاصية التحقق من العنوان بالاعتماد على الذكاء الاصطناعي، ودمج خدمات التوصيل إلى المستخدم النهائي، ونقاط قبول الدفع الموسعة.
 
وبموجب هذه الاتفاقية، سيتم طرح بطاقة رواتب بوتيم لقاعدة الواسعة من عملاء "فنت إكس" (الذراع المتخصص في التكنولوجيا المالية لـ "سفن إكس")، مما يمثل توسعاً كبيراً في قدرات صرف الرواتب عبر عملاء الشركات، وذلك من خلال شبكة توصيل موثوقة ومتوافقة. وتقوم "فنت إكس" بدور أساسي في هذا التعاون، حيث ستساهم في توسيع نطاق الحلول المالية المحلية لتشمل شرائح جديدة من المستخدمين محلياً ودولياً، انطلاقاً من مكانتها كشريك موثوق في قطاع الخدمات المالية.. 
 ومن ناحية أخرى، تبحث الشراكة في الآفاق المتاحة لتوسيع خدمات التحويلات المالية الدولية من "بوتيم" بالاستفادة من الشبكة المالية العالمية لشركة "فنت إكس" لربط المستخدمين بمواقع الوكلاء في جميع أنحاء العالم. ويتيح دمج هذه البنية التحتية في تطبيق "بوتيم" للمستخدمين إرسال واستلام التحويلات المالية عبر الحدود بكل سرعة وأمان عن طريق المنصة المعتمدة لتعاملاتهم اليومية. ويعزز هذا التوسع مكانة "بوتيم" كمنصة خدمات مالية متكاملة تلبي الاحتياجات اليومية للمستخدمين المحليين والدوليين على حد سواء.
 
ويرسي هذا التعاون الركائز الأساسية لمجموعة أوسع من الابتكارات في مجالي التكنولوجيا المالية والخدمات اللوجستية، بما يشمل إعادة تعبئة رصيد المحفظة وخدمات "اعرف عميلك الإلكتروني" في فروع وول ستريت للصرافة التابعة لشركة "فنت إكس"، وتمكين مدفوعات محفظة "بوتيم" في مواقع "سفن إكس" للبيع بالتجزئة، فضلاً عن نشر أنظمة نقاط البيع لدعم التحول الرقمي للشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وتحسين العمليات اللوجستية للتوصيل إلى المستخدم النهائي. وتتضمن المجالات الأخرى قيد الاستكشاف إمكانية التحقق من العنوان باستخدام منصة "وين"، صندوق البريد الرقمي في دولة الإمارات، بما يتيح عمليات توصيل موثوقة وإثبات الهوية الرقمية بشكل آمن، ومن شأن دمج "وين" ضمن المنصة أن يُمكّن التواصل الآمن والتعاملات الرقمية الموثوقة عبر قاعدة مستخدمي التطبيق، مما يسهم في تعزيز البنية التحتية الرقمية الوطنية. وتشمل المبادرات قيد الدراسة أيضاً سبل دمج المدفوعات المؤسسية عبر منصة "وصلة" اللوجستية الشاملة من شركة "سفن إكس".
 
وتعليقاً على هذا الموضوع، قال أحمد مراد، الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات في شركة "أسترا تِك": "تمثل الشراكة مع "سفن إكس" نقلة نوعية نحو تحقيق رسالة "أسترا تِك" الرامية إلى توفير سبل مبتكرة للوصول إلى الخدمات المالية الرقمية في جميع أنحاء المنطقة. ويتمحور دمج الأدوات المالية في التجارب الرقمية اليومية حول جوانب الراحة فضلاً عن تطوير بنية تحتية مستدامة تسمح بالتمكين المالي على المدى البعيد".

Dubai, UAE – 14th May 2025: Astra Tech, the leading consumer technology holding group behind Botim, has announced a strategic partnership with 7X, the investment holding group in trade, transport, and logistics. The agreement, formalized during the Dubai FinTech Summit (DFS), sets the stage for an integrated digital ecosystem that combines financial services, logistics, and last-mile delivery, advancing the UAE’s vision for a connected, inclusive, and innovation-driven economy.

The collaboration will enhance access to secure, compliant, and customer-centric services by embedding remittance capabilities, salary processing via both Wages Protection System (WPS) solutions through the innovative Botim Salary Card, and digital payment tools into everyday platforms. It also catalyzes future enhancements, including AI-powered address verification, last-mile delivery integration, and expanded payment acceptance points.

Astra Tech’s WPS solution, the Botim Salary Card, will be rolled out to FINTX’s (the fintech arm of 7X) extensive customer base, marking a significant expansion in salary disbursement capabilities across businesses' clientele through a trusted and compliant delivery network. FINTX plays a central role in this collaboration, reinforcing its mandate as a trusted financial enabler and expanding the reach of UAE-born fintech capabilities across all user segments and geographies.

In addition, the agreement also explores new avenues to expand Botim’s international remittance services through FINTX’s global financial network, connecting users to agent locations worldwide. By embedding this infrastructure into the Botim app, users will be able to send and receive cross-border remittances quickly and securely from within the platform they already use every day. This expansion positions Botim as a comprehensive financial services platform meeting the everyday needs of both domestic and international users.


The collaboration also lays the groundwork for a broader range of fintech and logistics innovations. These include wallet top-ups and eKYC services at FINTX’s Wall Street Exchange branches, enabling Botim Wallet payments at 7X retail locations, deploying point-of-sale systems to support SME digitization, and improving last-mile delivery logistics. Other areas under exploration include address verification powered by the WAYN platform, UAE’s Digital P.O. Box, to support verified deliveries and secure digital identities. WAYN’s integration will enable more secure, reliable communication and transactions across Botim’s user base, contributing to the national digital infrastructure. It will also explore corporate payment integrations via WASLAH, the comprehensive logistics platform by 7X.

The General Administration of Abu Dhabi Customs and 7X, the investment holding group in trade, transport, and logistics, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance collaboration and enable Abu Dhabi Customs’ adoption of 7X’s innovative platforms, including Wayn, UAE’s Digital P.O. Box, and Waslah, the fully integrated logistics and eCommerce shipment management platform. This collaboration seeks to support digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and reinforce an innovative infrastructure for ideal business operations.  
The MoU was signed by H.E. Mubarak Matar Al Mansoori, Executive Director of the Operations Sector at Abu Dhabi Customs, and Tariq Ahmed Al Wahedi, Group CEO of 7X, during a ceremony attended by senior officials from both organisations. This partnership aligns with the UAE’s national strategies for digital transformation and fostering a supportive business environment, while strengthening integration between government entities and top national organisations. Furthermore, it seeks to unveil cutting-edge solutions that keep pace with the surging requirements of the eCommerce movement, facilitate customs procedures and improve the quality of communication with clients. 
As part of the agreement, Abu Dhabi Customs will integrate the Wayn service to obtain a verified and permanent UAE digital address for official internal correspondence and those with clients, enhancing cybersecurity, expediting documents and data exchange, and ensuring management of bills, parcels and government communications. Meanwhile, the Waslah platform will be employed to ensure efficiency and expansion of logistics and eCommerce operations while also improving customer experience, lowering operational costs and boosting performance levels. 
H.E. Mubarak Matar Al Mansoori said, "The MoU signed with 7X aligns with Abu Dhabi Customs’ ongoing efforts to leverage the latest smart technologies that reinforce its leadership role and enhance operational efficiency in line with the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision to strengthen the Emirate’s position as a global hub for logistics and trade.
