أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 19 ديسمبر 2024: أعلن سوق أبوظبي للأوراق المالية، أحد الأسواق المالية الأسرع نموًا حول العالم، عن توقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع "سفن إكس" (7X)، المجموعة القابضة الاستثمارية في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، ينضم بموجبها إلى قائمة الجهات الموثوقة على منصة "وين"  لخدمات صندوق البريد الرقمي، ممّا يعزز مستوى الأمن السيبراني لأعضاء السوق أثناء نقل الوثائق والمستندات وغيرها من المراسلات الخاصة.

وتُعد منصة "وين"، من "سفن إكس" (7X)، المنصة الوحيدة في الدولة المصممة خصيصًا لتوفير الخدمات البريدية الرقمية ودعم التواصل الموثوق بين الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص والأفراد من خلال تخصيص عنوان رقمي إماراتي دائم مرتبط بعناوينهم الفعلية، وموثَق بهويتهم الوطنية أو السجل الاقتصادي الوطني. وتضمن منصة "وين" تلقي الطرود والرسائل والمستندات والفواتير من المرسلين المعتمدين، مما يمنع التهديدات الإلكترونية، كما تتيح للمستخدمين إدارة فعّالة وآمنة للفواتير والمدفوعات، بالإضافة إلى ميزة الأرشيف الرقمي الآمن والمنظم وخيار مشاركة العناوين وتفضيلات التسليم وطرق الدفع لضمان دقة المعاملات.

يشار إلى أنّ سفن إكس (7X) قد وقعت اتفاقية شراكة استراتيجية مع مجلس الأمن السيبراني لحكومة دولة الإمارات، لاعتماد المنصة كقناة اتصال رقمية آمنة، ودعم أجندة الدولة للتحوّل الرقمي وتعزيز الأمن السيبراني. وستساهم اتفاقية الشراكة مع سوق أبوظبي للأوراق المالية في رفع مستوى الأمان في تعاملاته من خلال اعتماده لآليات التشفير المتقدّم والتحقّق من الهوية، لا سيّما بفضل تبسيط التعامل مع الوثائق والمستندات المتبادلة عبر صندوق بريد رقمي موحّد ونظام أرشفة آلي.

Box service as part of ADX’s service offerings and engagement with its issuers and investors. 

Through “Wayn” platform, ADX and its listed companies and investors can benefit from the strengthened cybersecurity protection in facilitating document transfer and more efficient management of private and material correspondences. 

The ‘Wayn’ platform, launched by 7X, is the UAE's only dedicated digital P.O. Box platform, offering a seamless, secure, and innovative approach to postal services. Designed to support secure communication between government entities, private sector organisations, and individuals, ‘Wayn’ provides users with a permanent digital address directly linked to their verified national ID or National Economic Register (NER) data. ‘Wayn’ ensures the secure receipt of shipments, letters, documents, and eBills exclusively from official and verified senders, mitigating risks like phishing and cyber fraud. In addition, ‘Wayn’ offers safe and efficient management of invoices and payments, a secure and organised digital archive for critical documents, and the flexibility to share addresses, set delivery preferences, and choose payment methods.

وقّعت سفن إكس (7X)، الشركة القابضة الاستثمارية في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، مذكر تفاهم مع شركة "إس سي فينتشرز" (SC Ventures)، ذراع «ستاندرد تشارترد» للابتكار والمشاريع والاستثمار في التقنيات المالية، خلال أسبوع أبوظبي المالي، وذلك بهدف تمكين الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من خلال استكشاف فرص التعاون المشترك على مستوى الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.

ويسعى الجانبان من خلال هذه الشراكة إلى تذليل العقبات التي تواجه القطاع واستكشاف فرص النمو، بالإضافة إلى إطلاق مبادرة مبتكرة تُركز على دعم الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا بالاستفادة من نقاط القوة المتكاملة بينهما، وذلك لتمكينها من التغلب على التحديات الرئيسية التي تواجهها مثل تسهيل الحصول على التمويل وتجاوز حواجز دخول الأسواق وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية بالاعتماد على تحليل بيانات السوق وتشجيع التعاون والشراكات. كما يهدف التعاون إلى تطوير واختبار نموذج أولي قابل للتطبيق (MVP) لتمكين الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من تبني حلول تكنولوجية مرنة تعزز نموها المستدام وقدرتها على التكيّف مع تغيرات السوق، معتمدين على نماذج أعمال مبتكرة وأطر التحقق من الفعالية ونهج استراتيجي مدروس لدخول السوق.

7X, the trade, transport, and logistics investment and holding group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SC Ventures, Standard Chartered’s innovation, fintech investment and ventures arm. The MoU, signed during Abu Dhabi Finance Week, lays the groundwork for exploring collaborative opportunities in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), with a focus on empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). 

The partnership aims to combine the complementary strengths of both entities to power an innovation-driven, SME-focused venture in the Middle East and North Africa. This initiative seeks to address market pain points and unlock new growth opportunities. By focusing on extensive market insights and encouraging collaboration, the venture will deliver cutting-edge solutions tailored to the unique challenges faced by SMEs, such as access to funding, market entry barriers, and operational inefficiencies. Leveraging innovative business models, SME validation frameworks, and a strategic go-to-market approach, the initiative will develop and test a minimum viable product (MVP), designed to empower SMEs with scalable, technology-enabled solutions that foster sustainable growth and market resilience.
