أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 19 ديسمبر 2024: أعلن سوق أبوظبي للأوراق المالية، أحد الأسواق المالية الأسرع نموًا حول العالم، عن توقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع "سفن إكس" (7X)، المجموعة القابضة الاستثمارية في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، ينضم بموجبها إلى قائمة الجهات الموثوقة على منصة "وين"  لخدمات صندوق البريد الرقمي، ممّا يعزز مستوى الأمن السيبراني لأعضاء السوق أثناء نقل الوثائق والمستندات وغيرها من المراسلات الخاصة.

وتُعد منصة "وين"، من "سفن إكس" (7X)، المنصة الوحيدة في الدولة المصممة خصيصًا لتوفير الخدمات البريدية الرقمية ودعم التواصل الموثوق بين الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص والأفراد من خلال تخصيص عنوان رقمي إماراتي دائم مرتبط بعناوينهم الفعلية، وموثَق بهويتهم الوطنية أو السجل الاقتصادي الوطني. وتضمن منصة "وين" تلقي الطرود والرسائل والمستندات والفواتير من المرسلين المعتمدين، مما يمنع التهديدات الإلكترونية، كما تتيح للمستخدمين إدارة فعّالة وآمنة للفواتير والمدفوعات، بالإضافة إلى ميزة الأرشيف الرقمي الآمن والمنظم وخيار مشاركة العناوين وتفضيلات التسليم وطرق الدفع لضمان دقة المعاملات.

يشار إلى أنّ سفن إكس (7X) قد وقعت اتفاقية شراكة استراتيجية مع مجلس الأمن السيبراني لحكومة دولة الإمارات، لاعتماد المنصة كقناة اتصال رقمية آمنة، ودعم أجندة الدولة للتحوّل الرقمي وتعزيز الأمن السيبراني. وستساهم اتفاقية الشراكة مع سوق أبوظبي للأوراق المالية في رفع مستوى الأمان في تعاملاته من خلال اعتماده لآليات التشفير المتقدّم والتحقّق من الهوية، لا سيّما بفضل تبسيط التعامل مع الوثائق والمستندات المتبادلة عبر صندوق بريد رقمي موحّد ونظام أرشفة آلي.

Box service as part of ADX’s service offerings and engagement with its issuers and investors. 

Through “Wayn” platform, ADX and its listed companies and investors can benefit from the strengthened cybersecurity protection in facilitating document transfer and more efficient management of private and material correspondences. 

The ‘Wayn’ platform, launched by 7X, is the UAE's only dedicated digital P.O. Box platform, offering a seamless, secure, and innovative approach to postal services. Designed to support secure communication between government entities, private sector organisations, and individuals, ‘Wayn’ provides users with a permanent digital address directly linked to their verified national ID or National Economic Register (NER) data. ‘Wayn’ ensures the secure receipt of shipments, letters, documents, and eBills exclusively from official and verified senders, mitigating risks like phishing and cyber fraud. In addition, ‘Wayn’ offers safe and efficient management of invoices and payments, a secure and organised digital archive for critical documents, and the flexibility to share addresses, set delivery preferences, and choose payment methods.

أعلنت كل من سفن إكس "7X" ومجموعة بريد المغرب، عن إصدار طابع بريدي تذكاري مشترك تحت عنوان "علاقة الصداقة التاريخية بين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة المغربية"، وذلك بهدف الاحتفاء بالعلاقات المتينة التي تجمع البلدين وتوثيقها للأجيال القادمة. 

وأقيم حفل الإصدار يوم الأربعاء 13 نوفمبر 2024 في متحف بريد المغرب في عاصمة المملكة المغربية، الرباط، وذلك بحضور **السيد ثاني سالم الرميثي، رئيس قسم الشؤون الاقتصادية والسياسية والإعلامية والدبلوماسية العامة، نيابةً عن السعادة العصري سعيد أحمد الظاهري، سفير دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة لدى المملكة المغربية؛ والسيد عبيد القطامي، المدير التنفيذي للشؤون المؤسسية في سفن إكس "7X"؛ والسيد أمين ابن جلون التويمي، المدير العام لمجموعة بريد المغرب،** إلى جانب عدد من الشخصيات الأخرى.

وبهذه المناسبة، قال **السيد عبيد القطامي**: "تربط دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة المغربية علاقات وطيدة بدأت منذ عهد المغفور له بإذن الله الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان طيب الله ثراه والملك الراحل الحسن الثاني، ونحن في سفن إكس "7X"، بالتعاون مع مجموعة بريد المغرب، نتشرف أن نوثّق من خلال هذه الطوابع البريدية علاقات الصداقة والشراكة الاستراتيجية بين البلدين، وأن نحتفي بالجهود المستمرة لجعل هذه العلاقات نموذجاً استثنائياً ناجحاً في كافة الأصعدة".

ومن جانبه، صرح **السيد أمين ابن جلون التويمي** قائلاً: "يكتسي هذا الإصدار المشترك من الطوابع البريدية بين بريد المغرب وسفن إكس "7X" أهمية خاصة، حيث إنه لا يحتفي بمتانة العلاقات بين مؤسستينا البريديتين فحسب، بل يبرز أيضاً عمق الصداقة التاريخية التي تجمع بين المملكة المغربية ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة."

ومن جهته، قال **السيد ثاني الرميثي**: "إنّ احتفالنا اليوم بإصدار الطابع البريدي المشترك بين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة المغربية الشقيقة يكتسي رمزية خاصة، وذلك بالنظر إلى الدور التاريخي الذي لعبه البريد في تعميق العلاقات بين الدول والأشخاص والثقافات المختلفة في جميع أنحاء العالم، حيث أن البريد لم يكن مجرد وسيلة لنقل الرسائل والمعلومات، بل لعب دوراً هاماً على مرّ العصور في تقريب الشعوب وتعزيز العلاقات وبناء جسور من التعاون والاحترام بين الدول، وتقريب المسافات وتعزيز الروابط الإنسانية بين الشعوب. وسيظل هذا الطابع البريدي المشترك شاهداً على عمق العلاقات بين البلدين قيادةً وحكومةً وشعباً".

وشمل الإصدار على مجموعة من الطوابع البريدية وبطاقة تذكارية، وحمل التصميم تجسيداً لأكبر مسجدين في البلدين، وهما "جامع الشيخ زايد الكبير" في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة و"مسجد الحسن الثاني" في المملكة المغربية، مما يرمز إلى الطابع الاستثنائي للعلاقات الأخوية التي تجمع بين الدولتين.

7X, in collaboration with the Barid Al-Maghrib Group, Morocco’s postal service, has issued a commemorative stamp under the theme ‘Historical Relations between the United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Morocco.’ The initiative honours the strong ties between both countries, highlighting a shared commitment to preserving these relations for future generations. 
The launch event, held on November 13, 2024, at Barid Al-Maghrib Museum in Rabat, Morocco’s capital, was attended by **Thani Salem Al Rumaithi, Head of the Economic, Political, Media, and Public Diplomacy Section, on behalf of His Excellency Al Asri Saeed Ahmed Al Dhaheri, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Kingdom of Morocco, Obaid Al Qatami, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at 7X and Amin Benjelloun Touimi, General Director of Barid Al-Maghrib Group,** along with other officials.
During the ceremony, **Obaid Al Qatami** said: “The UAE and the Kingdom of Morocco share longstanding ties, dating back to the time of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and the late King Hassan II. At 7X, in collaboration with Barid Al-Maghrib Group, we are honoured to commemorate these enduring ties of friendship and strategic partnership through these stamps. This initiative celebrates the continuous efforts to make these relations an exemplary success on all fronts.”
Also commenting on the issuance, **Amin Benjelloun Touimi** said: “The joint issuance of commemorative stamps by Barid Al-Maghrib and 7X marks a significant step that celebrates the long-standing fraternal relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the UAE. This initiative also highlights the strong bilateral ties between our postal institutions.”
Reflecting on the initiative, **Thani Al Rumaithi** said: “The launch of this UAE-Morocco joint postage stamp holds special significance as it celebrates the historic role of postal services in deepening relationships between countries, individuals, and diverse cultures across the world. The postal industry has always served as more than a means of delivering messages. For centuries, it has played a major role in uniting people, strengthening relationships, and building bridges of cooperation and respect. This joint stamp will remain a testament to the profound ties between our nations’ leaders, governments, and people.”
The commemorative issuance includes a set of postal stamps and a postcard depicting the two largest and iconic mosques in both countries, which are Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in the UAE and the Hassan II Mosque in the Kingdom of Morocco.

وتمكّن منصة "وين" جميع الأفراد والشركات من الحصول على عنوان رقمي إماراتي دائم مرتبط بعناوينهم الفعلية، وموثَق بهويتهم الوطنية أو السجل الاقتصادي الوطني. وتضمن منصة "وين" تلقي الطرود المرسلة من الأفراد، والشركات، والجهات الحكومية، بالإضافة إلى تلقي الرسائل والمستندات والفواتير من المرسلين المعتمدين الرسميين، ما يحد من التهديدات الإلكترونية مثل التصيد الاحتيالي والرسائل غير المرغوب بها ومحاولات الاحتيال. وتساهم الآلية المبتكرة على منصة "وين" في الحصول على عنوان فعلي في أحد فروع بريد الإمارات، أو في مراكز استلام وارسال الطرود المعتمدة أو في المنزل أو في المكتب عبر خدمات باقة منزلي.

وسيحقق هذا التعاون قيمة مضافة للشركات المعتمدة على منصة "وين" تتمثل بتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية في إدارة خدمات المستندات والفواتير والطرود عبر توفير ما يصل إلى 70% من الوقت المستغرق في التوصيل وتقليل التكاليف بنسبة تصل إلى 65%. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيعزز العنوان التجاري الرقمي الصورة المهنية للشركات، فضلاً عن توفير أعلى درجات الخصوصية عبر اعتماد أفضل الممارسات لحماية الوثائق المهمة والبريد الحساس والحماية من الاحتيال الإلكتروني وغيرها من التهديدات السيبرانية.

وقّع مذكرة التفاهم كل من **سعادة محمد منيف المنصوري، المدير التنفيذي لمركز أبوظبي للأعمال بدائرة التنمية الاقتصادية - أبوظبي وسعادة عبدالله محمد الأشرم، الرئيس التنفيذي لسفن إكس "7X"**، على منصة دائرة التمكين الحكومي – أبوظبي، خلال معرض جيتكس جلوبال 2024.

وقال **سعادة محمد منيف المنصوري:** "نحرص على تطوير منظومة الأعمال في أبوظبي، وترسيخ مكانتها كوجهة جاذبة للمواهب والأعمال والاستثمارات عبر توفير أفضل بيئة ممكنة لتأسيس وممارسة الأعمال. وتسهم مبادراتنا لتسريع التحول الرقمي في تحقيق هذه الأهداف. وفي هذا السياق، يأتي تعاوننا مع سفن إكس "7X"، الأمر الذي يُمكن الشركات العاملة في إمارة أبوظبي من تحسين كفاءتها التشغيلية وخفض التكاليف مع توفير مستويات مرتفعة للأمن السيبراني. ونتطلع لمواصلة التعاون لتقديم المزيد من الحلول المبتكرة لقطاع الأعمال ليواصل دوره الحيوي في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية".

The Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) today with 7X to offer 7X’s 'Wayn' service, the UAE’s Digital P.O. Box, to licensed businesses in Abu Dhabi. This initiative aims to support the local business sector and economy, drive digital transformation, and ensure secure postal services for individuals and businesses. Once verified and added to the platform's whitelist, companies licensed by ADDED will be able to securely and reliably communicate with their customers, enhancing trust in their digital services.

The Wayn platform enables individuals and companies to obtain a permanent UAE digital address linked to their physical addresses, verified through their national ID or through the National Economic Register (NER). The platform ensures the receipt of shipments sent by individuals, companies, and government entities, as well as the receipt of letters, documents, and e-bills from official and authorized senders to thwart cybersecurity threats such as phishing, spam, and fraud. Users of the platform will be able to decide to receive any shipment at a physical address of their choice — whether at one of Emirates Post's nationwide branches, authorized pick-up and drop-off points, at home or at the office if users have subscribed to the MyHome Package service.

This cooperation  will add significant value for companies registered on the ‘Wayn’ platform by boosting operational efficiency in managing documents, invoices, and parcels, cutting delivery times by up to 70%, and reducing costs by up to 65%. Additionally, digital business P.O. Boxes enhance a company's professional image while ensuring maximum privacy through best-in-class security practices to protect sensitive documents from electronic fraud and cyber threats.

**His Excellency Mohammed Munif Al Mansouri, Executive Director of the Abu Dhabi Business Centre** alongside **His Excellency Abdullah Mohammed Alashram, Group CEO of 7X**, signed the agreement at the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) booth during GITEX Global 2024.

Mohammed Munif Al Mansouri, said:** “We are forging ahead with our efforts to further develop the business ecosystem in Abu Dhabi and cement its position as preferred destination for talents, businesses, and investments by providing best environment to set up and do business.
