أعلنت سفن إكس (7X)، المجموعة القابضة الاستثمارية في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، عن اعتماد مجلس إدارتها قراراً بتعيين طارق أحمد الواحدي رئيساً تنفيذياً جديداً للمجموعة، وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار التغييرات التي تشهدها سفن إكس وشركاتها التابعة على مستوى العمليات التنظيمية والتشغيلية بهدف تعزيز مكانتها الرائدة على المستويين المحلي والدولي، وتسريع وتيرة النمو والابتكار في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية.
ويمتلك الواحدي خبرة تمتد لأكثر من عقدين في مجالات الخدمات اللوجستية، وحلول التوصيل السريع، والاستثمارات، والتكنولوجيا الزراعية والغذائية، ورأس المال الاستثماري. وشغل منصب المدير العام لشركة إي أم أكس، حيث قاد عمليات التوسع الاستراتيجي للشركة ورسّخ مكانتها كمزوّد رائد للحلول اللوجستية في المنطقة. كما تولى مناصب قيادية في قطاعات مختلفة، ونجح في تطوير استراتيجيات التحول، وقيادة عمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ، واستقطاب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، مما يؤهله لتولي قيادة سفن إكس ودفعها نحو آفاق جديدة من النمو والتطور.

7X, the UAE-based investment and holding group in the trade, transport, and logistics sectors, announced the appointment of Tariq Ahmed Al Wahedi as its new Group CEO, following Board approval. The appointment comes as part of the Group’s evolution and ongoing organisational and operational transformation across 7X and its subsidiaries, designed to strengthen its local and global positioning while accelerating growth and innovation in the industry.
Al Wahedi brings over two decades of expertise spanning logistics, CEP solutions, investment, agri-food technologies, and venture capital. Throughout his career, he held senior leadership roles in multiple industries, where he shaped transformational strategies, lead complex mergers and acquisitions, and attracted foreign direct investments. أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 19 ديسمبر 2024: أعلن سوق أبوظبي للأوراق المالية، أحد الأسواق المالية الأسرع نموًا حول العالم، عن توقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع "سفن إكس" (7X)، المجموعة القابضة الاستثمارية في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، ينضم بموجبها إلى قائمة الجهات الموثوقة على منصة "وين"  لخدمات صندوق البريد الرقمي، ممّا يعزز مستوى الأمن السيبراني لأعضاء السوق أثناء نقل الوثائق والمستندات وغيرها من المراسلات الخاصة.

وتُعد منصة "وين"، من "سفن إكس" (7X)، المنصة الوحيدة في الدولة المصممة خصيصًا لتوفير الخدمات البريدية الرقمية ودعم التواصل الموثوق بين الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص والأفراد من خلال تخصيص عنوان رقمي إماراتي دائم مرتبط بعناوينهم الفعلية، وموثَق بهويتهم الوطنية أو السجل الاقتصادي الوطني. وتضمن منصة "وين" تلقي الطرود والرسائل والمستندات والفواتير من المرسلين المعتمدين، مما يمنع التهديدات الإلكترونية، كما تتيح للمستخدمين إدارة فعّالة وآمنة للفواتير والمدفوعات، بالإضافة إلى ميزة الأرشيف الرقمي الآمن والمنظم وخيار مشاركة العناوين وتفضيلات التسليم وطرق الدفع لضمان دقة المعاملات.

Box service as part of ADX’s service offerings and engagement with its issuers and investors. 

Through “Wayn” platform, ADX and its listed companies and investors can benefit from the strengthened cybersecurity protection in facilitating document transfer and more efficient management of private and material correspondences. 

The ‘Wayn’ platform, launched by 7X, is the UAE's only dedicated digital P.O. Box platform, offering a seamless, secure, and innovative approach to postal services. Designed to support secure communication between government entities, private sector organisations, and individuals, ‘Wayn’ provides users with a permanent digital address directly linked to their verified national ID or National Economic Register (NER) data. ‘Wayn’ ensures the secure receipt of shipments, letters, documents, and eBills exclusively from official and verified senders, mitigating risks like phishing and cyber fraud. In addition, ‘Wayn’ offers safe and efficient management of invoices and payments, a secure and organised digital archive for critical documents, and the flexibility to share addresses, set delivery preferences, and choose payment methods.

7X, in collaboration with Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI), has issued a special commemorative stamp featuring the university’s motto of Power from Knowledge to Serve. The stamp commemorates MBZUAI's Knowledge Centre as a national symbol of the UAE’s ambitious developmental goals. It highlights the Centre’s role as a beacon for transformative research and a hub that attracts the world’s brightest minds in innovation and artificial intelligence.

The stamp is part of a series of launches by 7X documenting the exemplary scientific, cultural, and social facets of the UAE. Such initiatives reflect the group’s unwavering commitment towards fulfilling its social responsibilities and highlighting the nation’s outstanding achievements.

اختتمت اليوم أعمال الدورة الثامنة والعشرين لمؤتمر الاتحاد البريدي العالمي – دبي 2025، الذي استضافته دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة على مدار أسبوعين في الفترة ما بين 8 – 19 سبتمبر 2025. وتوج المؤتمر بإجماع الدول الأعضاء على اعتماد استراتيجية الاتحاد البريدي العالمي للفترة 2026–2029 تحت اسم "استراتيجية دبي"، والتي ستمثّل خارطة الطريق العالمية الجديدة لرسم ملامح مستقبلية للقطاع البريدي العالمي، وترسيخ دوره في تسهيل الاتصال وتعزيز التجارة، في ظل التحولات المتسارعة التي تشهدها أنماط الاستهلاك وقطاع الخدمات اللوجستية والتجارة الإلكترونية والتقنيات الرقمية حول العالم.

وتجسّد "استراتيجية دبي" الرؤية المشتركة للدول الأعضاء نحو بناء مجتمع عالمي أكثر ترابطًا وشمولًا واستدامة، من خلال شبكة بريدية ذكية ومبتكرة، قادرة على دعم النمو الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. وجاء اعتماد الاستراتيجية الجديدة بعد عمليات تشاورية هي الأكبر في تاريخ الاتحاد، شملت أكثر من 2200 مشاركًا من 192 دولة عضواً، ومجموعة واسعة من الجهات الفاعلة في القطاعين العام والخاص، مما عزّز من شمولية الاستراتيجية وعمق التوافق حولها.

وشهد ختام المؤتمر إسناد عمليات متابعة تنفيذ محاور "استراتيجية دبي" إلى دولة الإمارات، التي ستتولى الإشراف على تنفيذها من خلال "خطة عمل دبي"، بصفتها رئيس المجلس الإداري للاتحاد للسنوات الأربع المقبلة، والذي يتكوّن من 41 دولة عضوًا ويُعنى بالإشراف على أنشطة الاتحاد ومعالجة المسائل التنظيمية والإدارية والقانونية، في استحقاقٍ نوعي يعكس ثقة المجتمع الدولي بقدرتها على قيادة التغيير وتحفيز التعاون العالمي بما يضمن حوكمة فعّالة لمستقبل القطاع البريدي العالمي.

كما فازت الدولة بعضوية مجلس العمليات البريدية في الاتحاد البريدي العالمي للدورة 2026-2029 بحصولها على تأييد 144 دولة، في إنجاز جديد يعكس مكانتها الريادية على الساحة الدولية، وذلك بعد انتخابها ضمن قائمة الدول الأعضاء في اللجنة البريدية التي تضم 48 دولة من أصل 192 دولة عضوًا في الاتحاد. ويُعد مجلس العمليات البريدية الهيئة الفنية المتخصصة التي تتولى الإشراف على تطوير السياسات التشغيلية والخدمات البريدية، وتعمل على توحيد المعايير وتحسين الجودة وتعزيز التكامل بين الشبكات البريدية في مختلف أنحاء العالم، بما يسهم في بناء منظومة بريدية دولية أكثر كفاءة واستدامة.

وفي هذا الصدد، قال سعادة بدر سليم سلطان العلماء، رئيس مجلس إدارة سفن إكس (7X): "يمثل انتخاب دولة الإمارات لعضوية مجلس العمليات البريدية في الاتحاد البريدي العالمي تأكيدًا واضحًا على ريادتها وقدرتها على إعادة صياغة مستقبل الخدمات البريدية واللوجستية على مستوى العالم. ويُجسّد تنظيم الدورة الثامنة والعشرين للمؤتمر في دبي، إلى جانب قيادة تنفيذ "استراتيجية دبي"، التزام الدولة بدعم التوافق الدولي بما يسهم في تعزيز الاتصال والاستدامة والكفاءة. كما يمنحنا التكليف الجديد برئاسة المجلس الإداري للاتحاد للسنوات الأربع المقبلة صوتًا مؤثرًا في عمليات اتخاذ القرار داخل الاتحاد، ويتيح لنا توجيه المرحلة المقبلة من السياسات والتقنيات التي ستُشكّل ملامح هذا القطاع الحيوي. وانطلاقًا من رؤية قيادتنا الرشيدة، سنواصل ترسيخ مكانة الإمارات كمركز عالمي لتطوير الحلول المستدامة والتكنولوجيا الرقمية، وشريك موثوق في منظومة الاتحاد البريد العالمي."

وقد شهد المؤتمر إعادة انتخاب المدير العام للاتحاد البريدي العالمي، ماساهيكو ميتوكي، ونائبه، ماريان أوسفالد، لولاية جديدة تمتد لأربع سنوات، وهو ما يعكس رضا الدول الأعضاء عن أدائهما خلال الدورة الماضية، وثقتها في استمرارية نهج التطوير المؤسسي الذي يقوده الاتحاد.
وقال ماسهيكو ميتوكي، المدير العام للاتحاد البريدي العالمي: "شكّل هذا المؤتمر لحظة تحوّل فارقة، ناقشنا خلالها التحديات وأعدنا صياغة دورنا في عالم يتسارع تغيّره، وجدّدنا التأكيد على القيم المشتركة التي توحّد مسيرتنا. وبهذه المناسبة، أتقدّم بخالص الامتنان والتقدير لحكومة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة على استضافتها الكريمة لهذا الملتقى الدولي البارز، الذي جمع نخبة من صنّاع القرار في القطاع البريدي."

وترتكز "استراتيجية دبي" للفترة 2026-2029 على رؤية شاملة تهدف إلى تعزيز التزام الدول الأعضاء بمعايير الجودة وتوسيع نطاق الوصول إلى وترسيخ نظام بريدي عالمي متكامل من خلال تطوير أطر تنظيمية وطنية فعالة. كما تولي الاستراتيجية الجديدة أهمية خاصة لتسريع وتيرة الابتكار والتحول الرقمي من خلال تطوير منتجات وخدمات جديدة تتمحور حول احتياجات المتعاملين، والاستجابة لتغيرات قطاع التجارة الإلكترونية، وتوفير خدمات رقمية عبر نقاط الوصول البريدي. كما تهدف الاستراتيجية إلى تعزيز التعاون، من خلال بناء القدرات على المستوى الإقليمي، وتوسيع فرص التعاون الفني، وتفعيل آليات الحوار والشراكات بين مختلف الجهات المعنية، بما يسهم في دفع عجلة تطوير القطاع البريدي عالميًا.

ومن خلال تحديث الأطر التنظيمية، وتعزيز سلاسل الإمداد العابرة للحدود، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة، تهدف الاستراتيجية الجديدة إلى تفعيل مفهوم "الإقليم البريدي الموحد"، بوصفه إطارًا تكامليًا يعزز التنسيق بين الدول الأعضاء ضمن منظومة عالمية منضبطة وفعّالة. 
وفي كلمته خلال الجلسة الختامية، أكّد طارق الواحدي، رئيس مؤتمر الاتحاد البريدي العالمي الثامن والعشرين والرئيس التنفيذي لسفن إكس (7X): "تمثل «خطة عمل دبي» تحوّلًا نوعيًا في طريقة عمل القطاع البريدي العالمي، حيث تتيح للدول الأعضاء تطوير خدماتها بما يتماشى مع أولوياتها الوطنية، وفي الوقت ذاته تضمن تناغم الجهود على المستوى الدولي. ونطمح خلال المرحلة المقبلة إلى بناء شبكة بريدية أكثر كفاءة وابتكارًا واستدامة، تُسهم في تمكين التجارة، وتعزيز التكامل الرقمي، ورفع جودة الحياة للمجتمعات."

وتضمّنت الاستراتيجية مؤشرات لقياس الأداء، من بينها رفع نسبة الدول التي تعتمد أطرًا تنظيمية متوافقة مع معايير الاتحاد، وزيادة عدد نقاط الوصول البريدي سنويًا، ونمو الإيرادات التشغيلية، وتحسين أداء الخدمات الدولية بما يتماشى مع معايير الجودة، فضلًا عن تعزيز التكامل بين السياسات البريدية وخطط التنمية الوطنية.

وشهد المؤتمر على مدار فترة انعقاده توقيع عدد كبير من مذكرات التفاهم بين الدول الأعضاء، وعقد لقاءات ثنائية ومتعددة الأطراف، وطرح مبادرات نوعية في مجالات الحوكمة والابتكار والاستدامة، ما يعكس الزخم الدولي الكبير المصاحب لاعتماد هذه الاستراتيجية. وترسّخ دولة الإمارات مكانتها شريكًا فاعلًا في قيادة مستقبل القطاع البريدي العالمي، ومساهمًا رئيسيًا في صياغة رؤية الاتحاد للسنوات القادمة، بما يعزّز من حضورها الدولي ويجسّد شعار المؤتمر: «قيادة التغيير لصناعة المستقبل».


اختتمت اليوم أعمال الدورة الثامنة والعشرين لمؤتمر الاتحاد البريدي العالمي – دبي 2025، الذي استضافته دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة على مدار أسبوعين في الفترة ما بين 8 – 19 سبتمبر 2025. وتوج المؤتمر بإجماع الدول الأعضاء على اعتماد استراتيجية الاتحاد البريدي العالمي للفترة 2026–2029 تحت اسم "استراتيجية دبي"، والتي ستمثّل خارطة الطريق العالمية الجديدة لرسم ملامح مستقبلية للقطاع البريدي العالمي، وترسيخ دوره في تسهيل الاتصال وتعزيز التجارة، في ظل التحولات المتسارعة التي تشهدها أنماط الاستهلاك وقطاع الخدمات اللوجستية والتجارة الإلكترونية والتقنيات الرقمية حول العالم.

The 28th Universal Postal Congress - Dubai 2025, hosted by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) over the past two weeks, concluded today with member countries unanimously adopting the Universal Postal Union’s (UPU) 2026–2029 Strategy, also known as the ‘Dubai Strategy’, serving as a global roadmap for the future of the postal industry and reaffirming its critical role in promoting trade and communication in light of the rapid transformation shaping the global logistics and eCommerce sectors. 

The ‘Dubai Strategy’ reflects UPU member nations’ shared vision of an integrated, inclusive and sustainable global society empowered by a seamless, smart and innovative postal system that promotes social and economic development and supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The strategy is the result of the most comprehensive consultation process in UPU history, which involved over 2,200 participants from all 192 member countries as well as other public and private sector organisations. The collaborative process reflects broad consensus around the strategy and strengthens its inclusivity.

The UAE has also been appointed to supervise the implementation of the new strategy through the ‘Dubai Business Plan’ in its capacity as Chair of the UPU Council of Administration (CA) over the next four years. The Council, comprising 41 member states elected during the Congress, oversees the Union’s activities and addresses organisational, administrative, and legal matters, ensuring effective governance for the future of the global postal sector.

Furthermore, the UAE has won membership in the UPU’s Postal Operations Council (POC) for the 2026–2029 cycle after achieving 144 votes from member countries, marking another significant achievement that underscores its leading status on the international stage. The UAE was elected as one of 48 member states of the POC, selected from among the Union’s 192 member countries. The POC is the UPU’s specialised technical body, responsible for supervising the development of key operational policies and postal services, unifying standards,, improving quality and enhancing coordination among global postal networks to build a more efficient and sustainable international postal system.

H.E. Badr Al-Olama, Chairman of 7X, said: “The UAE’s election to the UPU Postal Operations Council represents a clear affirmation of our nation’s leadership in shaping the future of postal and logistics services worldwide. Hosting the 28th Universal Postal Congress in Dubai and spearheading the implementation of the 2026–2029 Strategy with the chairmanship of the Council of Administration, further demonstrates the UAE’s commitment to fostering consensus that delivers tangible improvements in connectivity, sustainability, and efficiency. This new mandate gives us a decisive voice at the heart of the UPU’s key decision-making processes, enabling us to guide the next phase of technologies and policies that will define the future of this critical industry. Guided by our leadership’s vision, we will continue to strengthen the UAE’s role as a platform where sustainable solutions and digital tools are developed and deployed, in collaboration with the global postal sector.”

The Congress re-elected UPU Director General Masahiko Metoki and Deputy Director General Marjan Oswald for a new four-year term, reflecting member countries’ satisfaction with their leadership and trust in the Union’s institutional development trajectory.

Masahiko Metoki, Director General of the Universal Postal Union, said, “This Congress has been more than a gathering. It has been a moment of transformation, during which we faced challenges head-on, redefined our role in a rapidly changing world, and reaffirmed the values that unite us. I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to the Government of the United Arab Emirates for generously hosting this important assembly of postal decision makers.”

The comprehensive ‘Dubai Strategy’ aims to enhance member countries’ dedication to quality standards, expand access to postal services, and strengthen the rules-based global postal system by establishing national regulatory frameworks. 
The strategy also prioritizes accelerating innovation and digital transformation by developing new customer-centric products and services, adapting to shifts in the eCommerce sector, and offering digital services at postal access points. Additionally, the vision aims to reinforce cooperation through regional capacity building, technical collaboration, and stakeholder engagement platforms that facilitate postal development.

By modernising regulations, enhancing cross-border supply chains, and ensuring greater compliance with quality standards, the ‘Dubai Strategy’ aims to leverage the single postal territory made possible through an effective, rules-based global postal system.

During the closing session, Tariq Al Wahedi, 28th Congress Chair and GCEO of 7X, stated: “The ‘Dubai Business Plan’ represents a significant transition in the way the global postal sector operates, enabling member countries to curate services in line with their national priorities while ensuring combined efforts at a global level. In the upcoming phase, we seek to create a more efficient, innovative and sustainable postal network that contributes to enabling trade, promoting digital integration and enhancing the quality of life of communities.”

Al Wahedi added: “By chairing the Council of Administration and overseeing the plan implementation, we seek to achieve strategic outcomes such as improved, market-relevant, multilateral systems that guarantee the provision of quality, accessible, affordable, viable postal services. We will make conscious efforts to strengthen customer-focused postal products, encourage innovation in products and services, and fortify cross-border postal supply chains. By expanding partnerships, strengthening regional integration and modernising the postal infrastructure through collaboration and technical assistance, we will also work to solidify the sector’s role in advancing national economic and social objectives and actively contributing towards achieving Sustainable Development Goals.”

The 2026–2029 Strategy includes KPIs, such as increasing the percentage of member countries with comprehensive postal regulatory frameworks aligned with UPU standards and guidelines; boosting the annual growth rate of postal access points to ensure seamless access for all; raising annual nominal growth in operating revenue (SDR); increasing the percentage of international postal items delivered end-to-end in accordance with applicable UPU quality of service standards; and raising the proportion of member countries that integrate the postal sector into their national development plans.

As a result of the significant international momentum that accompanied the adoption of this strategy, the Congress witnessed the signing of multiple memoranda of understanding between member countries, alongside bilateral and multilateral meetings, and the introduction of qualitative policy documents on governance, innovation and sustainability. By strengthening its global footprint and emulating the Congress’ theme, ‘Leading the Change, Creating the Future,’ the UAE further solidifies its position as an active partner in driving the future of the global postal industry, and a major contributor to achieving the Union’s vision in the coming years.

وتركّز مذكرة التفاهم على تمكين التحول الرقمي للبريد من خلال الاستفادة من حلول سفن إكس (7X) المبتكرة، وفي مقدمتها منصة «وصلة للبريد» كأول سوق رقمي عالمي يربط المشغّلين البريديين، ما يفتح للشبكات الوطنية منفذاً إلى تدفقات بريدية وتجارية عالمية، ويسهم في تحسين كفاءة عمليات النقل والتوزيع وخفض التكاليف التشغيلية، بالإضافة إلى دعم وصول الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والبائعين المحليين إلى سوق التجارة الإلكترونية العالمية، من خلال حلول شحن شفافة وموثوقة تعزز تنافسية المنتجات الأردنية في الأسواق الخارجية.

7X, the UAE’s leading trade, transport and logistics holding group and the official representative of the UAE in the Universal Postal Union (UPU), signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jordan Post to strengthen cooperation in postal services, bilateral agreements and digital transformation.

The agreement was formalised after a high-level meeting between 7X’s delegation and the delegation of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, headed by Director General of the Jordan Post, Hanadi Al-Tayeb, which was held on the sidelines of the 28th Universal Postal Congress – Dubai 2025. The meeting facilitated important discussions on unlocking new avenues for collaboration and knowledge exchange between both entities in the postal and logistics sectors.

The MoU aims to strengthen the postal system through 7X’s cutting-edge digital solutions. At the forefront of this vision is ‘Waslah Post’, the world’s first digital marketplace aggregating postal operators, offering national postal networks direct access to global mail and commercial flows, and improving efficiency while reducing operational costs. The partnership is especially beneficial for SMEs and local vendors, as it provides them with transparent and reliable shipping solutions to compete effectively in international eCommerce markets.

وشهد الأسبوع الأول جلسات عمل رفيعة المستوى، من بينها قمة القادة العالميين للاتحاد البريدي العالمي التي أرست أجندة طموحة لمستقبل القطاع البريدي واللوجستي، وركزت على تسريع التحول الرقمي من خلال تبني تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والحلول المبتكرة للتجارة الإلكترونية، ومناقشة أهمية تطوير الحوكمة والتشريعات بما يواكب المتغيرات ويضمن التشغيل المتكامل على مستوى الشبكات العالمية. كما تناولت مواضيع الاستدامة وتعزيز كفاءة سلاسل الإمداد والشمول المالي وتمكين الخدمات البريدية والمالية وغيرها من المواضيع.

وبرزت دولة الإمارات خلال الأسبوع الأول كقوة دافعة للمؤتمر، حيث قاد الوفد الممثل للدولة اجتماعات استراتيجية حول مستقبل الخدمات البريدية واللوجستية، مؤكدين على أهمية بناء شبكات متكاملة تتيح تبادل البيانات وتبسيط عمليات التجارة الإلكترونية وتدعم أهداف التنمية المستدامة.

ومع نهاية الأسبوع الأول، تتهيأ الوفود للانتقال إلى المرحلة الحاسمة من المؤتمر التي ستشهد اعتماد القرارات النهائية والتصويت على استراتيجية دبي وانتخاب أعضاء المجالس، إلى جانب استكمال النقاشات حول آليات التنفيذ والمتابعة. ومن المتوقع أن يفضي الأسبوع الثاني إلى إعلان مجموعة من المبادرات والاتفاقيات الثنائية ومتعددة الأطراف التي تعزز التعاون الدولي في القطاع.

The first week of the 28th Universal Postal Congress – Dubai 2025, being held under the theme ‘Leading the Change, Creating the Future’, concluded today, convening delegations from 192 Universal Postal Union (UPU) member countries. It helped identify priority issues and forged international consensus on key agenda items to be adopted at the Congress, paving the way for the approval of the Union’s strategy for 2026–2029, named the ‘Dubai Strategy.’

In its first week, the Congress featured several high-level sessions, including the UPU Global Leaders Summit, setting an ambitious vision for the future of the postal and logistics sector. The discussions primarily revolved around accelerating digital transformation through the adoption of artificial intelligence technologies and innovative eCommerce solutions. Moreover, they highlighted the importance of developing robust governance and regulatory frameworks to keep pace with evolving trends and ensure seamless global network operations. Key themes like sustainability, enhancing supply chain efficiency, financial inclusion, and the empowerment of postal and financial services were also explored. 

The event spotlighted the UAE’s role as an integral facet of the Congress, with the nation’s delegation leading strategic discussions on the future of postal and logistics services. They also underscored the importance of developing integrated networks that facilitate data exchange, streamline eCommerce operations, and support sustainable development goals.

Following the conclusion of the event’s first week, delegates are now preparing for the next phase of the Congress, during which final decisions, voting on the Dubai Strategy, and election of councils members will be completed, while continuing the discussions on the strategy’s implementation and follow-up mechanisms. Furthermore, several important initiatives as well as bilateral and multilateral agreements will be announced during the second week, with an aim to further strengthen international cooperation within the sector.
