أعلنت سفن إكس (7X)، المجموعة القابضة الاستثمارية في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، عن اعتماد مجلس إدارتها قراراً بتعيين طارق أحمد الواحدي رئيساً تنفيذياً جديداً للمجموعة، وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار التغييرات التي تشهدها سفن إكس وشركاتها التابعة على مستوى العمليات التنظيمية والتشغيلية بهدف تعزيز مكانتها الرائدة على المستويين المحلي والدولي، وتسريع وتيرة النمو والابتكار في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية.
ويمتلك الواحدي خبرة تمتد لأكثر من عقدين في مجالات الخدمات اللوجستية، وحلول التوصيل السريع، والاستثمارات، والتكنولوجيا الزراعية والغذائية، ورأس المال الاستثماري. وشغل منصب المدير العام لشركة إي أم أكس، حيث قاد عمليات التوسع الاستراتيجي للشركة ورسّخ مكانتها كمزوّد رائد للحلول اللوجستية في المنطقة. كما تولى مناصب قيادية في قطاعات مختلفة، ونجح في تطوير استراتيجيات التحول، وقيادة عمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ، واستقطاب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، مما يؤهله لتولي قيادة سفن إكس ودفعها نحو آفاق جديدة من النمو والتطور.

Box service as part of ADX’s service offerings and engagement with its issuers and investors. 

Through “Wayn” platform, ADX and its listed companies and investors can benefit from the strengthened cybersecurity protection in facilitating document transfer and more efficient management of private and material correspondences. 

The ‘Wayn’ platform, launched by 7X, is the UAE's only dedicated digital P.O. Box platform, offering a seamless, secure, and innovative approach to postal services. Designed to support secure communication between government entities, private sector organisations, and individuals, ‘Wayn’ provides users with a permanent digital address directly linked to their verified national ID or National Economic Register (NER) data. ‘Wayn’ ensures the secure receipt of shipments, letters, documents, and eBills exclusively from official and verified senders, mitigating risks like phishing and cyber fraud. In addition, ‘Wayn’ offers safe and efficient management of invoices and payments, a secure and organised digital archive for critical documents, and the flexibility to share addresses, set delivery preferences, and choose payment methods.

The stamp commemorates MBZUAI's Knowledge Centre as a national symbol of the UAE’s ambitious developmental goals. It highlights the Centre’s role as a beacon for transformative research and a hub that attracts the world’s brightest minds in innovation and artificial intelligence.

وتمكّن منصة "وين" جميع الأفراد والشركات من الحصول على عنوان رقمي إماراتي دائم مرتبط بعناوينهم الفعلية، وموثَق بهويتهم الوطنية أو السجل الاقتصادي الوطني. وتضمن منصة "وين" تلقي الطرود المرسلة من الأفراد، والشركات، والجهات الحكومية، بالإضافة إلى تلقي الرسائل والمستندات والفواتير من المرسلين المعتمدين الرسميين، مما يمنع التهديدات الإلكترونية، مثل التصيد الاحتيالي والرسائل غير المرغوب بها ومحاولات الاحتيال. وتساهم الآلية المبتكرة على منصة "وين" في الحصول على عنوان فعلي في أحد فروع بريد الإمارات، أو في مراكز استلام وارسال الطرود المعتمدة أو في المنزل أو في المكتب عبر خدمات باقة منزلي.

وبفضل نظام الأرشفة والتصنيف الآلي في "وين"، يمكن للمستخدمين إدارة المستندات المالية أو القانونية والفواتير بشكل آمن وبسهولة عبر صندوق بريد رقمي موحد، مما يحد من الصعوبات التي يواجهها المستخدمين في أرشفة الرسائل الإلكترونية. ويتيح "وين" للمستخدمين تخزين وفرز الملفات والمستندات الهامة، بما يزيد من سهولة إرسال واستقبال المستندات في أي وقت. 

وتم إطلاق "وين" خلال مؤتمر صحفي عقد في أبوظبي، حضره سعادة بدر سليم سلطان العلماء، رئيس مجلس إدارة سفن إكس "7X"، وسعادة الدكتور محمد حمد الكويتي، رئيس مجلس الأمن السيبراني في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وسعادة المهندس محمد إبراهيم الزرعوني، نائب المدير العام لهيئة تنظيم الاتصالات والحكومة الرقمية لقطاع المعلومات والحكومة الرقمية، وسعادة عبدالله محمد الأشرم، الرئيس التنفيذي لسفن إكس "7X"، إلى جانب العديد من المسؤولين.
 
وشهد المؤتمر الصحفي توقيع سفن إكس "7X" اتفاقية شراكة استراتيجية مع هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات والحكومة الرقمية لتسهيل تبادل المعلومات بين الجهتين والسماح بالتحقق من تفاصيل المتعاملين من خلال نظام الهوية الرقمية لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بما يتماشى مع أهداف الحكومة الرقمية للدولة. كما وقعت سفن إكس "7X" اتفاقية شراكة استراتيجية مع مجلس الأمن السيبراني لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في إطار التزامهما المتبادل بتعزيز الأمن الرقمي وبناء الثقة في الخدمات الرقمية وحماية المستخدمين من محاولات الاحتيال والتصيد عبر الإنترنت. وقد اعتمد مجلس الأمن السيبراني لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة رسميًا منصة "وين" كقناة اتصال رقمية آمنة، مما يعكس التزام سفن إكس "7X" بابتكار وتبني الحلول الرقمية لتحقيق نقلة نوعية في الخدمات البريدية العالمية.  

وفي هذه المناسبة، قال سعادة بدر سليم سلطان العلماء: "يؤكد إطلاق منصة "وين" على التزامنا بالمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الأجندة الوطنية للتحول الرقمي. ونسعى عبر إطلاق منصة "وين" إلى صياغة مستقبل متطور للخدمات البريدية وتوفير خدمات ريادية تلبي احتياجات الجيل المطلع على التقنيات الحديثة ومنصات التجارة الإلكترونية بشكل آمن وفعال بما يتماشى رؤية الإمارات لبناء حكومة ذكية."  

ومن جانبه، صرّح سعادة الدكتور محمد الكويتي أنه مع إطلاق منصة "وين" الرقمية المبتكرة من قبل شركة سفن إكس "7X"، يشهد قطاع الاتصالات في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة تطورًا ملحوظًا. وبارك سعادته هذا الإنجاز الذي يمثل قفزة نوعية في مجال الخدمات البريدية الرقمية، ويؤكد التزام الدولة بتبني أحدث التقنيات والحلول الذكية. وأضاف سعادته أن منصة "وين" ليست مجرد خدمة بريدية رقمية، بل هي نظام أمني متكامل يعتمد على أحدث تقنيات التحقق من الهوية والتشفير، موضحًا أنه من خلال الربط مع نظام الهوية الرقمية لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، تضمن المنصة سلامة المعاملات وحماية البيانات الشخصية للمستخدمين من أي تهديدات إلكترونية.
ولفت سعادة الدكتور الكويتي إلى أن التعاون بين القطاع الخاص والعام يشكل نموذجًا يحتذى به في مجال تعزيز الأمن السيبراني، مؤكدًا أنه من خلال اعتماد منصة "وين" كقناة اتصال رقمية آمنة، تساهم في بناء بيئة رقمية آمنة وموثوقة وتساهم في تحقيق أهدافنا في التحول الرقمي الشامل.

وقال سعادة المهندس محمد الزرعوني: " يعد إطلاق خدمة صندوق البريد الرقمي "وين" خطوة مهمة نحو تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية لدولة الإمارات في تعزيز التحول الرقمي وتبني الابتكارات التكنولوجية التي تساهم في رفع كفاءة العمل الحكومي وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للأفراد والشركات. ويتمثل دور هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات والحكومة الرقمية في توفير الممكنات الرقمية وتسهيل التكامل مع الهوية الرقمية، مما يضمن تقديم الخدمات بطريقة سلسة وآمنة للمستخدمين."

وتعد منصة "وين" إضافة نوعية إلى المنظومة الحالية للتطبيقات الحكومية وتطبيقات الأعمال. وسيتم تخصيص عنوان صندوق بريد رقمي بشكل مجاني لجميع أفراد وشركات ومؤسسات مجتمع دولة الإمارات، فيما سيتم بدايةً تحديد رسوم للشركات على خدمات القيمة المضافة التي ستوفرها المنصة إلى حين تطوير الخدمات لتشمل الأفراد.

7X announced today the launch of Wayn, its digital P.O. Box platform, aimed at transforming the postal services in the UAE. The launch of Wayn aligns with the country’s national efforts to drive digital adoption and development and provide individuals and companies with secure delivery services.
The Wayn platform enables individuals and companies to obtain a permanent UAE digital address linked to their physical addresses, verified through their national ID or through the National Economic Register (NER). The platform ensures the receipt of shipments sent by individuals, companies, and government entities, as well as the receipt of letters, documents, and e-bills from official and authorized senders to thwart cybersecurity threats such as phishing, spam, and fraud. Users of the platform will be able to decide to receive any shipment at a physical address of their choice — whether at one of Emirates Post's nationwide branches, authorized pick-up and drop-off points, at home or at the office if users have subscribed to the MyHome Package service.
Through a unified digital mailbox, Wayn provides an automated archiving and categorization system which allows users to manage formal documents and invoices securely and efficiently thereby reducing the challenges users face in archiving emails. The platform also enables users to store and sort essential files and documents, making it easier to send and receive documents at any time.

The launch of Wayn was announced during a press conference held in Abu Dhabi, attended by **H.E. Badr Al-Olama**, Chairman of 7X; **H.E. Dr. Mohamed Hamad Al Kuwaiti**, Head of the UAE Cyber Security Council; **H.E. Eng. Mohammad Al Zarooni, TDRA Deputy Director General for the Information** and Digital Government Sector; and **H.E. Abdulla Mohammed Alashram**, Group CEO of 7X, along with other officials.
During the event in Abu Dhabi, 7X also signed a strategic partnership with TDRA to facilitate the exchange of information and allow customer authentication for accessing Wayn to go through the Secure National Digital Identity (UAE Pass). 7X also signed a strategic partnership agreement with the UAE Cyber Security Council to enhance digital security, build trust in digital services, and protect users from phishing and online fraud. The UAE Cyber Security Council officially accredited Wayn as a “Secure Digital Communication Channel”, recognizing 7X’s commitment to developing secure digital solutions that can transform the global postal services.

Commenting on the launch,** H.E. Badr Salim Sultan Al Olama said:** "The launch of Wayn reinforces our commitment to the national digital transformation agenda. Wayn is our contribution to shaping the future of postal services and provide pioneering solutions that meet the needs of digital natives and e-commerce platform users securely and efficiently."

According to **H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti**, the UAE's communication industry is making significant strides with the launch of 7X’s cutting-edge digital platform Wayn.  Congratulating the achievement, he underlined that it represents a major advancement in digital postal services and reiterated the country's commitment to embracing the latest technologies and smart solutions. 

**His Excellency** stated, "More than just a digital postal service, Wayn is a comprehensive security system that utilises the latest identity verification and encryption technologies. The platform further guarantees the safety of transactions and shields user data from cyber threats by integrating with the UAE Pass.” 

**H.E. Dr. Al Kuwaiti** also emphasised the importance of public-private sector collaboration in strengthening cybersecurity. He confirmed that accrediting Wayn as a secure digital communication channel contributes to building a safe and reliable digital environment, supporting the nation’s overall digital transformation goals.

**H.E. Eng. Mohammad Al Zarooni said:** “The launching of Wayn, the Digital P.O. Box, represents a significant milestone in our efforts to achieve the UAE’s strategic objectives in fostering digital transformation, embracing technological innovations that enhance the efficacy of government work and raise the quality of services offered to people and businesses. The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority will provide digital enablers and support integration with digital identities, guaranteeing seamless and safe delivery of services to users.”

**His Excellency added:** This new service demonstrates our dedication to providing a safe and reliable digital communications environment, in line with the Zero Government Bureaucracy (ZGB) initiative and the UAE’s goal of creating a cutting-edge and efficient digital government. By working together with our partners, we hope to strengthen public confidence in digital solutions and ensure the security of digital communications, which will advance technological advancement and the development of digital services.”

**H.E. Abdulla Mohammed Alashram** commented: "The launch of the Wayn digital P.O. Box in the UAE comes in response to the rapid global developments in technology. The platform reflects our commitment to introducing transformational products to our customers, in alignment with the UAE’s Zero Government Bureaucracy Program. We have ensured that Wayn meets the secure needs of individuals and businesses alike, providing a unified and trusted platform to facilitate the receipt of documents and parcels."

**His Excellency added:** "Our partnership with the UAE Cyber Security Council reaffirms our shared goal of ensuring digital security of the highest standards. The Wayn platform will provide a free digital P.O. Box address to all individuals and companies in the UAE. Users will only be charged for value-added services, which will be to businesses at first until the full range of services is introduced to individuals.

أعلنت "سفن إكس" (7X)، المعروفة سابقاً باسم مجموعة بريد الإمارات والممكّن الرائد لقطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، عن نتائج العمليات التشغيلية للنصف الأول من العام 2024. وأظهرت النتائج محافظة المجموعة على أدائها القوي والذي يعكس التزامها بتعزيز واقع الخدمات اللوجستية والرقمية والمالية على المستوى المحلي والإقليمي وجهودها المستمرة لتحقيق هذه الرؤية. وسلطت النتائج التشغيلية الضوء على أداء الشركات التابعة للمجموعة بما في ذلك "بريد الإمارات"، وشركة "إي أم أكس"، و"مركز الوثائق الإلكتروني"، بالإضافة إلى "فنت إكس" التي تضم "وول ستريت للصرافة" وشركة تحويل الأموال "إنستانت كاش".

وتشير تقارير أداء النصف الأول من العام 2024 إلى تحقيق الخدمات البريدية نمواً بنسبة 12% في حجم الشحنات الدولية الصادرة، و42% على مستوى الشحنات الدولية الواردة إلى الدولة سواءً عبر خدمات البريد العاجل الدولي أو العادي، وذلك مقارنةً بالفترة ذاتها من العام الماضي. وبالمقارنة مع النصف الأول من عام 2023، شهدت نتائج خدمات التوصيل السريع والميل الأخير نمواً في حجم الشحنات المحلية بنسبة 8.5%. وتشير التقارير إلى زيادة ملحوظة في حجم الشحنات الدولية الواردة والترانزيت مع إطلاق شركة "إي أم أكس" (EMX) في شهر فبراير من عام 2024، والجهود المستمرة من "سفن إكس" (7X) لتمكين شركاتها التابعة من توسيع قاعدة المتعاملين ووجهات الشحن الدولية.

كما شهد حجم التعاملات المالية في المجموعة نمواً بنسبة 38% مقارنة بالفترة ذاتها من العام 2023، وسجل حجم طباعة البطاقات الذكية المالية وغير المالية ارتفاعاً بنسبة قاربت 22% بالمقارنة مع النصف الأول من العام الماضي.

7X, formerly known as Emirates Post Group and the leading enabler of the trade, transport and logistics sectors, announced the operational results for the first half of 2024, showcasing significant achievements and growth.

These results demonstrate the Group’s commitment and ongoing efforts to enable the logistics, digital and financial services at the local and regional levels. The performance results highlight the operations of Emirates Post, EMX and the Electronic Documentation Centre, as well as FINTX, which includes Wall Street Exchange and Instant Cash.

The report revealed a 12 per cent increase in international outbound postal shipments and a 42 per cent growth in international inbound postal shipments through International Express Mail Service (EMS) and parcel delivery, compared to the same period last year.
There was also a rise of 8.5 per cent in the domestic last-mile and courier shipments, which marks a significant increase as compared to the first half of 2023. With the launch of EMX in February 2024 and 7X’s continuous efforts to enable its subsidiaries to expand the customer base and international shipping destinations, the volume of international inbound shipments and transshipment have increased significantly.

Furthermore, the group witnessed a 38 per cent growth in financial transactions and recorded a 22 per cent increase in the volume of printed financial and non-financial cards. These figures signify a remarkable increase compared to those reported during the first half of last year.

**Abdulla Mohammed Alashram, Group CEO of 7X, said:** “Our results in the first half of 2024 reflect the strength of our diverse portfolio.
